Why I Wrote Break Free from Burnout
I know what it feels like to hit a wall; it was actually the floor!
Years ago, while running my first business — a printing company — I experienced my first serious case of burnout. I was working long hours, pushing myself to keep up, and ignoring the warning signs. Eventually, the stress caught up with me, leaving me exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning if I could keep going.
That experience changed everything.
Over the last 14 years, I’ve taught communication and resilience strategies to more than 1,300 students and professionals. Along the way, I developed a practical system called the Wheel of Success — a framework built on 8 key areas of human wellness that help people create balance, build resilience, and avoid burnout.
